It works well.
The timer works well. It’s a simple install and easy to adjust. YouTube has a video on the different programming options for anyone who’s confused. After that a child could operate it with ease.

Used this as an auto electric fan DELAY
The media could not be loaded. This product worked PERFECTLY for my "experiment" to delay my cars electric fans from coming on immediately when I was starting the car. I set it to setting P1-0 for that and had it interrupt the ground for the fans relays. It works perfectly and is rated for 20 amps but I am just using it to switch on a pair of relays. I left it "energized" on my table all night and it never got hot or went off or changed and resets with every cycle of its 12vdc power. It has MANY USES other than what I used it for.A+++I hope this helps!Pops

True Delay-Off timer, and comes with instructions too. >>> Updated...
I have a pool pump on a timer. I have a new saltwater chlorinator that powers up with the pump motor. Unfortunately, the chlorinator generates a bit too much even on the lowest setting. Rather than reduce the run time, because this is Florida, I decided to shut the chlorinator down early. This means the timer cannot use a "start cycle" trigger (button), but must start at power (120vac) up. Pool timer turns on the pump, chlorinator, and timer in P1-1 mode. Then 6 hours later the timer shuts the chlorinator down. The next day, the pool timer turns on the power and starts the cycle all over again. Problem solved! If you want a true "Delay Off" timer, buy this one. And you get 2 of them too.U P D A T E : DO NOT BUY unless you order 4-pin PC terminal blocks and know how to solder. The terminals cannot be opened to allow inserting a wire. The terminal blocks will have to be replaced. Unfortunately, I could not find a true delay-off timer anywhere else, so I will have to fix mine. Glad I only got two of them. Stars reduced from 5 to 3, and not one, because I can still use them after repairs.

Nice Little Timer
Nice little timer for the money. Mine didn't come with any documentation. The wiring diagram on the units label does not work. Luckily, there are videos on YouTube that are a big help. Once I got it wired correctly, it performs like a champ. One thing that could be improved upon is that when the timer is energized, it immediately starts it's programmed cycle. It would be nice if it only starts the cycle when RESTART is pressed. Other complaints about the flimsy screen are valid, but that's related to the panel cut-out for the timer - it can't have a tight fit or the overlay will distort. You might even need to add reliefs for the catches depending on the panel thickness. But once it's in, it isn't going to come out unless the catches are pressed from the back. The knockoff Phoenix connector is junk- can barely handle 20AWG wire necessary for higher amp applications. If you have the skills, replace the connector with the real deal.

Works
So much for the $! I'm buying more for the pool pump, tool chargers, basement heater...

You cannot say no for that price
As far as a delay timers go, you can't get anything better for the price. I needed a delay for pumps for an aquarium while i feed food. This works flawlessly.

The media could not be loaded. This just what I needed for my egg turner

Flimsy display panel
Note that this timer module does not support a trigger. It starts running shortly after power is connected. There are paper instructions for T3230 included but they are difficult to understand and do not seem applicable. The instructions listed in the product description here are actually correct for setting the P0 and P1 values for timing values and modes. The plastic piece that covers the buttons and display is very flimsy. For example, if you press in the upper right corner, it bends down.
