Good idea to tape the ends
Get a good adhesive, Reeds is good if you can get it out of the bottle!

Wasn''t as good as old one took off stove
wasn;'t as good at the old one took of the stove because it was in bit. This was hard to fiddle round edges and wouldn;t stick with the glue I also purchased. Probably got wrong size should ahve been smaller but it should ahve stuck with the stove glue tho.

Very poor quality item
Very poor quality item, had to remove it after 2 days use as the quality was so poor it was leaking. Lesson learnt and buy quality
