At my age I have purchased many ice packs but this one is the BEST! I fits smoothly and tightly and covers the front and back of the knee, That's something that's hard to accomplish with a gel pack and towel! It comes with a storage bag for the freezer so your pack doesn't touch the food! How thoughtful! Since my vein surgeries, I us this nightly. So happy I bought two!

Love the fit in my knee. It stays cold but does not freeze my knee. The Velcro straps keep this in place even if I walk around with it in. I love this for my knee. I would buy again and would recommend.

I love that it covers a large part of the leg and wraps around to ice areas that also need the relief. It does get warm fast but that’s to be expected. I usually just go straight to the “cold” side of the pad and skip the soft padded side because it’s not as cold as the other side. If you’re a large man, you’ll appreciate how large this pad is. I’m petite, 5’1 and about 115lbs and it does the job for me. Not the easiest thing to walk around with hence the 4 stars. The materials are top quality and not cheaply made at all. I currently use this all day long switching off between another pad and it’s holding up well.

I purchased a few days ago to help with swelling after total knee replacement, it fits well but I've found it takes a long time to refreeze, 6 hours is a bit to long, especially when I'm meant to use every few hours, waste of money so will have to return.

Got two of these two weeks apart. Knee injury, and figured I can rotate between 2 and use 4-6 times a day. Figured with all the reviews it must be good, and it’s reusable and looks sturdy. Fast forward to ~7 months. It’s leaking. At first I thought I was water residue but after moving the gel it seems it’s slowly coming out, great! The cold doesn’t last as much, I freeze these immediately after use, initially I was using these 3-4 times a day but now I’d be looking to get 1-2 use. Says there’s 3 years warranty but no information on the listing to claim on this. Worse part is, I recommend this to someone! Definitely go do another manufacturer. The gel is seeping through the nylon size itself, no broken seems or cuts.
