I’m 6 foot 200 lbs and a Large was really tight across the chest and arms. I thinks it’s due to the cotton/poly/rayon blend. I have a couple of Ripple Junction size Large shirts that are 50/50 cotton/poly blend and they fit great.

You shouldn't have to tell people that you're the dude, but if you're the dude, you're the dude. Be careful not to kidnap yourself around nihilists. They don't believe in anything.
