It's overall taste, we all liked ,temptation to eat it more always remains 😋 ,there is no added sugar as i feel , about preservatives used , no comments , as i do not know how to test, it is also giving us the benefits of prunes like relieving constipation , improving digestion and bones health , overall i like it,and may recommend it 😀 to others also, i will continue to buy it , till this seller maintains the quality
