This is not the ResMed manufactures product it is an offbrand product. The product comes with no manufactures information on the package no identification numbers or what it is made out of or where it’s Origin is from. As compared to the nasal Piece that is a Resmed manufactured product it has on the package all the manufacturing numbers and identification’s. This is shown in the pictures that is posted. Buyer beware that this is not an original manufactures product as compared to the original nasal piece that is a Resmed manufactured product, and has on the package all the manufacturing numbers and identification‘s. This is shown in the pictures that has posted. Buyer beware, as I did not know or or I missed that this is not original manufactures product. It looks the same and may function the same but as sold under a medical home health device, without identifying information can not be considered a Home Health device, as such and should be allowed to be returned as there is nothing on the packaging that indicates it’s purpose or origin.

The frame was missing the cheek covers! Not as pictured. Beware!

Product came in unopened original manufacturer packaging. Included size small frame, tubing attachment and size small nasal cradle (bonus!) Shipping was not quick, but it was free. Very pleased. Great value!
