The book understands me so well
Like this book. Feels that the book is just for you and have known me very well. Now I understand why I am always feel guilty if I don’t put others’ need ahead of myself. Instead of blaming anyone, realizing the truth and face it, we will find a better way for the present and the future.Highly recommend for anyone who suffers in being too kind and too easy to trust others.

Just wonderful!
This is the best self help book I have ever read, and believe me I've read more than a few. Such an easy read, gentle, kind, compassionate read in the best possible way. Very accessible and practical. The brief scenarios are very relatable and thought provoking. Pennies dropped for me throughout this book and then gave me steps to be able to make changes I wanted to. This book has had a major impact for me and was recommended to me by a friend I shall be eternally grateful to. I cannot recommend this book highly enough. Worth every penny

Best self help book I've read in years
Beautifully written, inspiring and extremely practical. Jacqui Marson shares her own personal experiences along with a variety of case studies taken from her work as a Psychologist. As a first time mum, I have found it incredible helpful. It doesn't just help to be more assertive in your life but also helps to understand the personal rules which were created during your own upbringing. By following the techniques, you start to feel instantly better and more in tune with yourself and your needs. As a parent I also feel less guilty about doing anything for myself as I know my family will benefit in the long run. I love the use of humour throughout it too. Well done Jacqui, this book deserves every success.
