Weights are very comfortable and easy to use.

So far they are helping with my Pt. They fit my ankles and are comfortable.
So far I like how they feel and how they stay on my ankles, they do not come loose. It seems to help the weights when doing my Pt exercises at home!

Adjustable ankle weights
My doctor told me to start doing leg exercises to increase my leg strength. This is the perfect thing for me because I can start out with a fairly light weight (2 lbs) and increase as I see fit, up to 5 lbs on each leg. I might mention that I am 74 years young.
