I do 1/2 the suggested serving size and it still knocks me out. 10/10 would recommend but don’t use it too often or your body adjusts and then you have to figure that out.

I actually used this product nightly for about 2+ months. I bought a bottle from Whole Foods initially and used it for a few nights where it only seemed to work for just the first night. After dumping it down the sink in frustration and trying other brands of melatonin (spray and lozenge forms), I went back to Whole Foods and bought another bottle which seemed to work better than the previous one. I still only averaged between 4-5 hours of sleep but I did have a few more occasional nights where I got close to 6 hours. Here's where my major issue comes in. I bought a bottle off Amazon last month since Whole Foods ran out. About a week or so into the bottle, my tongue began to develop painful ulcers (on the surface as well as underneath) which made it seem like I was having an oral infection. Long story short, I dealt with this for over a month (1st week was the worst and then it came and went after). During this time, I couldn't get any more than 4 hours of sleep regardless of how tired I was. Since not using this for the past 3-4 days, I don't have any major oral issues.

This stuff is amazing! I sleep through the nights most nights and on the nights I don’t which are very few and far between I fall right back to sleep!I loved it so much that I ordered one for my friend!!!

I have been dealing with bouts of insomnia for some time, and take melatonin a couple times a week just to get some rest. The pills help pretty well most of the time, but I decided to try this spray. Every night I have used it, I have awakened the next morning having slept soundly through the night, something I NEVER do. For the first time in a long time, I am cautiously optimistic about sleep.
