Q: Does it unscrew in the back or front? I just dont want it unscrewing and falling in my ear.

If you have them hand tightened, they don't unscrew on their own. They unscrew whichever direction you put them on. I put mine inside because that's where I can comfortably reach. I have yet to have one unscrew on it's own.

Q: What are the dimensions for the rook pieces?

All the rook piercing are 16g. Rook hoop earrings inner diameters are 8mm and 10mm, rook barbells length is 8mm.

Q: Can you shower with them on? Will they turn green?

I shower with mine and haven't turned green or had any issues yet. I do clean them with q-tips after the shower to make sure there isn't any soap build-up though.

Q: How does feel to wear these cartilage earrings

I think they are pretty comfortable. They are the correct size for my piercings, so I don't have any issues.
