Works well, with some issue, but would buy again! BUT NOT for EBIKES
Update:Using one 70lb ebike has started to bend the wheel trays. Only use this rack for standard bikes. Also, I lost the hitch lock and tried to order another, 3mo backordered and the manufacturer won't let you backorder it, you have to keep calling back every couple months to see if they got more in.I own two bikes, a classic mountain bike and a electric fat tire bike. I have used the rack daily for weeks with the bikes on and off the rack. I have also used it with and without a bike cover. Here are my observations.- Tilt feature works, but trying to tilt it under load may be too much weight for some people. Not a design flaw, just what happens when you put weight on a hinge.- I wasn't expecting this to lock. There are two arms that slide down on the top tube of each bike. They both slide along the same pole and the top one locks keeping both in place. The rack slides into it's own custom hitch mount and that also locks with the same key. HOWEVER, one huge design FLAW is that the hitch has a smaller than normal diameter hole for the hitch pin, so I could not use the locking hitch pin that I already own. The instructions called for using the supplied nut and bolt, but it wasn't long enough so I had to use a tiny ABUS lock to slide through the hole on the end of a small hitch pin. I feel like this is a lot less secure and required that I buy an additional lock and use an additional key. (The purpose of their custom bolt setup was to reduce wobble on the rack, but considering that it is a huge pain to install and that it wasn't even long enough, they should have just standardized everything.)- Using the bike rack with a cover pretty much covers the tail lights on my Chevy Silverado, I think they should have included a brake light instead of a reflector so that a cover could be used safely.- The rack is very high. My truck isn't lifted and has stock tires. However, getting a 75lb ebike onto the rack without help is a struggle. The design of the rack elevates the bikes about 12" higher than the hitch, that's great for clearance, especially if you were to get rear-ended, but puts the widest part of the bike, the wheels, level with the tail lights, meaning if you use a cover they will be blocked, and it means you have to lift your bikes that much higher.Summary: Works great, love the locks, love that it fits normal and fat tire bikes. Hate the hitch pin setup.

Used for fat tire, heavy, ebike, works well but beware cheap straps!
UPDATE: I was stopped the other day at the intersection of a dirt driveway and a very busy road. I needed to turn left. I had to wait for a break in traffic. Dangerous rd. The dirt driveway was also slightly below grade to the main road so about a 4 inch pop onto the main road. I gunned my Wrangler and turned sharp left into the lane of traffic. I have done this before without issue. This time the straps that hold the bike wheels in place failed and the bike tires came off of the rack. The bike was dangling. I pulled over and redid the straps. DO NOT TRUST THE VELCRO TIRE STRAPS! I will now use a rope or something else to actually tie down each tire.Original review:My fat tires barley fit but they do. 4" wide. They sit barley but it's not an issue. I feel for the price this is a decent carrier. It's not fancy at all. Just does the job. It's not pretty. Just works. I carry 1, 70lb ebike on it (Rad Power Bike Radrover). The tires strap on with Velcro. That doesnt seem very secure to me but it does work. The whole bike is supported by a bar that comes down on the top of the frame but my bike, the top bar is slanted but it still works, just not quite as well as a straight bar. Still, it doesnt seem to be an issue at all. I have driven over very bumpy roads and my ride is a 3" lifted Jeep Wrangler so the bumps never really end during a drive. Yet the bike stays put. It says in the manual to not take it down a very bumpy dirt trail like 4 wheeling. I dont push it that far. There is a small chance that given just the right amount of hard up-force that it could possibly collapse the rack. At 70 lbs my bike is pushing the limits but here is the clincher; I know of other users who put 2, 70 lb ebikes on these without issue! I wouldnt do that but 1 is fine. I also added a long wire lock for more protection just in case that wraps to my Jeep and through the frame of the bike. For me the rack works. Not great or pretty but why spend $200-300 more for pretty? My real issue is lifting my bike onto the rack but that's not an issue with the rack at all. If I carried 2 normal bikes on the rack then there would be zero issues. This is a sturdy and simple product worth every penny. It folds up too for storage which I appreciate.

A bit over-engineered, but good quality
I've previously owned was a Swagman but had to give it up to fit bigger than normal tires.Pros:* Good solid wheel well that fits fat tires* Sturdy construction with a native 2 inch receiver (pro for those with a 2 inch receiver)* Folds up and down easily like most racks in its class* Reasonably pricedCons:* Over-engineered, too many gimmicky features (who needs a swivel and a tilt function?)* Wheel straps aren't as convenient as most racks. The velcro straps aren't even well aligned to the wheel. The rubber grommet style straps are much faster to operate.* Clamp to hold bike down not as secure as other mechanisms. I've dealt with ratcheting clamps (my favorite) as well as bolt/pin combination clamps (quick once they've been adjusted for a particular bike). This chooses just a bolt as a clamp, which must be properly tightened (and hopefully not overtightened?) otherwise the clamp will loosen. I've added bungee cords as a backup, but overall, this is probably my least favorite design choice.* Some additional play in the rack due to all the hinges (especially the swivel capability)All in all, for the price, it is good, solid construction. However, if the designers would have focused more on the features everyone needs vs just the number of features, it could have been much better.

Sturdy, Heavy, Good Value bike rack with modifications done
I have used this rack for 2 years now & have been generally pleased. We carry 2 e-bikes, one 70# one 52# with modifications to rack. I added a hitch tightener bought on Amazon & added to I-bolts in holes by centre pole at wheel tray level. These I-bolts are to hook bungi cords to keep the hooks from sliding up when travelling. My one big problem has been the short, lockable hook which has never worked properly. I have sent e-mails with videos to Kent bikes showing the problem. Dan from C/S has been good to get back to me but he has not been able to get me a replacement short hook from Capstone.Other then that one problem it is a great rack at a reasonable price and over-all very pleased with the way our two E-bikes ride when loaded on the rack & the ease of unloading is simple. See pictures were I use adapter bars which work great to keep bikes firmly in place.I would Recommend.

Very sturdy, good for two bikes
Heavy gauge great for two adult bikes. The lock feature is good enough but we had to add a tiny lock to the hitch, where there is only a pin, as the entire assembly plus two bikes could have been removed and stolen by two strong individuals. It is perfect for our use as we would never leave the bikes unattended for great lengths of time.

Good value for the money
I got this model to carry my heavy fat tire Ebike , its meant to carry two bikes but not the weight of two Ebikes , I intend to only ever carry one . Goes into the hitch easily and removes easily .It also completely clears my spare tire on my 2010 Jeep wrangler . It folds up and folds over again the back of the Jeep thus reducing the amount it sticks out when not packing a bike . The only thing I wish it had was a fold down centre bike frame hold down as I want to have the ebike as close to the back of the Jeep as possible , I have to unbolt the upright and take it off to load the bike , bike is too heavy and awkward to slip it in behind the post if it stays there then I just bolt it back on , not too inconvienient but just would be nice if it folded down .Other wise I like the rack just fine !

Works well with fat tire e-bikes.
I like how easily it handles two fat tire e bikes. The only two things that I would like better would be if the center bar that holds the bikes was removable to load the inner bike first and also a quicker way to release the entire bike rack from the hitch would be nice but for the price I'm not complaining.
