Excellent quality and the patch was very cool. Very spacious. I would've loved it, unfortunately it was a bit too large for my needs. But I might buy it again later for another device.

Bought two of these to make IFAK’s for my sons to keep in their vehicles. They are sturdy and the dimensions worked good for console storage etc. So far, no complaints.

This is great quality material and stitching, but it’s an odd size - too small for much kit, but far bulkier than it’s dimensions suggest, so it’s an awkward size to fill the other section with.

I agree with those that say this sticks out some, especially with a torniquet, however it is fairly slim on the width and height. Installed with molle on the side of a back pack, this thing is great. Also, I threw it in the car trunk and it takes up minimal space. Amazon or military surplus stores have the stuff to make this an awesome compact aid kit!

grate for building an IFAK, holds everything you need, tourniquets, chest seals, gauze, medical scissors used to cut off cloths. I went with the multi cam sense thats the color of my plate carrier I attached it to.

This is a much better than a $10 pouch. No it's not LBT or Crye but for $10 you'll be hard pressed to find a better pouch. Coloring on the Multicam was good as well. Outside is very well made. Inside not so much but still serviceable.

Quality is decent seems like it will hopefully hold up through a bit of abuses. It’s still brand new so it’s possible it’s got to break in yet, but the zippers seem to snag a little bit when closing. Not a huge deal but hope it gets better.I will add that mine did not come with the patch so slightly annoyed by that as I believe it’s critical to mark first aid pouches for anyone to ID.

I don't usually use vests in my security job. I mainly use a duty belt so it's perfect. Its not big enough to interrupt motivation and it has enough space to hold most of the basics items like band aids, scissors, first aid creams, gloves and even has a usual front holder which I use to put a Cold spray on. You can also use it as a flashlight holder.
