Checked all boxes
Set up was phenomenally easy. Even stated that all items arrived pre-rinsed so coffee was minutes away (full disclosure- I rinsed them anyway) Love that the coffee basket segment is fully removable and easy to clean. An early review mentioned it was difficult to put under brewer with heat shield in place, but the top of the heat shield on mine is soft silicone so very easy to slide carafe, basket, and heat shield into place. Coffee is excellent, but obviously this will also depend on where you source your coffee and if you grind your own (at this price point it would be strange not to own a burr grinder, if you donโt you should upgrade to one immediately) Carafe keeps coffee hot longer than any other carafe Iโve owned. All in all a solid buy and I was slightly concerned at this price which is not inexpensive, but so far appears well constructed and reliable. Time will tell

Suitable for a coffee maven
Not often is a product both functional and beautiful. This coffeemaker is so easy to use and the carafe keeps the coffee warm for several hours. The only downside is its modest capacity-4 mugs or about six 8 oz cups. The quality of the coffee it makes is first rate.

Shock Hazard Plug falls out. Poor quality. Coffee NOT HOT.
Cord falls out. Counter wet? Nice morning electrical shock. To prevent cord falling out during brewing requires shoving it up against the wall. Forget having a second cup. Coffee is marginally hot on the first cup, second cup barely warm, even if poured right after first cup. (Followed all mfg tips) Forget the "coffee taste great" reviews. This is not worth the money. I regret every penny spent on this and realized how dumb I was to spent $300. At least aware quickly enough to send it back before I was forced to keep it.

Makes 4 cups very quick.
I prefer to grind my coffee beans. High quality brewing in spite of its speed. Design is great and insulated coffee pot keeps temperature for long while. No heating required after brewing completes. Bought about a year ago. Noticed a small chip of coating peeled at bottom where the pot sits. Bought a silver and very happy.

Looks cute and is absolutely unusable
I bought this machine for my girlfriend because hers broke. I've observed her struggles with it but this week I've had to use it because my espresso machine is down and to be honest this whole thing is embarrassing. - The quality of the coffee seems ... fine. Indistinguishable from what comes out of a $40 walmart filter brewer if you use a burr grinder and good beans. - The carafe and lid are garbage. The lid itself is hard to get put on. The carafe will spill everywhere when pouring coffee. This is apparently a known issue because they put a little label on the carafe telling to you to first tilt it and then press the button opening the spout. I mean you spend $350 on a coffee maker and they can't get a carafe to work. Somehow every other manufacturer that has their stuff made in Shenzhen can get a carafe built that works, but these guys can't and instead put a label on it telling you how to use a piece of bronze age technology. - The whole carafe and filter assembly look cute, except they're a pain to set up and remove. Every time you remove the filter assembly you're getting coffee on your counter. - The rubber collar around the filter assembly also seems like it sounded like a great idea, except if you don't carefully ensure it's seated properly, the coffee will drip on the outside of it and get all over your counter. - They made the tank non removable which is fine if you live in a place with soft water and don't actually have to think about removing scale from your coffee machine. I guess I could buy descaler for this thing like it's a $5000 La Marzocco. The whole thing appears to be a classroom demonstration of what happens when you prioritize aesthetics over function.
