Best value for the money
My IP8M-2796EW-AI (White)camera would not turn on when plugged straight into a router or any of my wall ethernet adapters so i brought this POE switch and the camera powered up right away and has been powered on and working since then without a snag. Additionally have used it to connect to laptop and printer at the same time and they are worked simultaneously without any lags or issues. This device is small yet convenient and delivers up to 96W of power which is really great for its size and purpose.Overall the Amcrest 9-Port POE+ Power Over Ethernet (POE) Switch with Metal Housing appears to be a solid choice for powering and connecting multiple network devices, especially in environments where power sources may be limited or inconvenient to access.

Great switch
Needed PoE for a wifi hotspot, and this delivers like a champ. Fast datarate, easy to set up, low power draw. I don't even notice it's there - No problems in the several months I've had it.

PoE switch that is worth the money
The Amcrest PoE switch has some extra features that I don't need, but the extra features don't add to the cost. It has settings to be a switch or VLAN, and has a status readout. I like the fact that it has enough power for my cameras and is a good value.

ok, I guess
I bought this router for the camera that amcrest makes. At this point, I am not sure if it is the camera that was the problem or the router. In the end, I returned both because they were both having issues.
