We purchased two of these shower heads. One was perfect. The other had a leak at the button that turns the water off. I emailed the company and their response was FABULOUS!! He said they have a second generation button that eliminated that issue and sent a replacement. Great service. Excellent product. I’m going to buy more for my kids’ bathrooms!! Highly recommend!!

Just installed and it was easy. seems to work well except for a drip coming down the handle from the "stop" button. I am hoping it won't be a big deal since wet it wet. will update review once I have used it a bunch of times.otherwise it looks cool, the water pressure comes out good and with an airy spray. overall, i'm happy with the purchase.

I received the new shower head Friday February 25th when I got off work, instantly installed it to take me after work shower from the chemical I work at, felt the difference inmmediately and it did not take me as long to get all the grease and what not off my arms from working on pumps all day. Soap lathered up a lot faster, not instantly but probably 300% improvement(I have very hard water) so the fact that it improved the larger let me know everything I needed to know about the mineral balls. Took another shower today the 26th after working outside at the house, same result, I am happy as f*** at this product as of now. Will continue to use and update my review after a month or so but I can't see this shower head letting me down, April 5th-still very satisfied with the shower head and it is continuing to do an amazing job on my very hard water, due to the fact my water is so hard and full of sulfur i have already had to change out my filter beads, no big deal I just need to know where to get more please

I have used Waterpik for years. Good shower head, but they all get clogged eventually from my hard water and can't be truly cleaned. This shower head is fully adjustable EASILY. My husband if 6'1' and I am 5'1".I love the sprays and the shut off button to save water. The length of the hose is long enough to reach around from my shower to the tub (shut off water) to spray down my tub when cleaning it. The beads in thehead keep the water soft. I LOVE IT!!

Easy to install! Purchased this one in particular because of the adjustable water settings. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I just installed & it leaks where the stop button is while running. The stop feature works perfectly however but I'd rather not have extra water leaking out while the shower is going. Other than that it's fantastic!
