Both volumes are a great reprint of Disney's classics. This is a very good edition and I hope the reprint of classic works like this goes on.

Very nice.I love this old comics and it's a pleasure for the eyes.It speaks about forgotten times:the States in the 30s-40s.

Gut kann ich mich an einen Austauschstudenten erinnern, der Deutsch mit Hilfe von Comics erlernte.Er meinte, daß durch die Komprimierung des gesagten in wenigen Sätzen, wie auch eben umgangssprachlich, die Anforderungen an den Inhalt größer wären.Wie auch immer.Wer Englisch kann, sollte sich diesen Schuber mit den zwei gebundenen Büchern kaufen.Die Qualität des Papiers und des Druckes sind fast schon zu gut, die Sprache original (es wurden auch keine Verbesserungen im Sinne von political correctness vorgenommen. Finde ich gut, denn es ist nicht nur Comic, sondern auch Zeuge seiner Zeit), und die Geschichten zeitlos.Liebeskummer, lebhafte Kinder, ein nerviger Freund, Freundschaften.Für einen deutschsprachigen Leser unterhaltsamer und lehhreicher Lesestoff.Was will man mehr?Empfehlung eines 1965 geborenen, einer Generation, als das noch als Schundheftchen bezeichnet wurde.
