Q: Will this be too large for a 25lb dog?

My dogs is 28 lbs. It is a perfect size. I use it in my car for him to ride in.

Q: Are the zippers protected and lockable ?

NO. Being that this is a soft crate I'm not sure that locks would be of any use. I am using this for my Golden Retriever puppy and he likes being in it. He chewed off one of the tabs that holds it together when folded ( he had a little fit) but he respects the zippers. It's quite sturdy for a soft crate and is easy to move in and out of my Subaru.

Q: How sturdy are the zippers? Bought a pet nation one, and the zipper broke right away.

One the zippers was already loose/ not connected when I received my new crate. After many emails, the seller finally came tgrough sending me another cover. This crate including the zippers , is not desighned for chewers.

Q: how quick can you set this up and take it down... would have to go to work with me every day and need something simple that's just click and go?

You want a click and go?..this is more like click, click, click and go...very easy, very fast, and extremely happy with this product
