I was bit sceptical when I heard negative reviews about fit. The fits isn’t that bad as reviews make out to be. They are a bit bulky but comfortable. I don’t see myself using these earbuds for hours together so I was pretty comfortable with the fit. Noise cancellation is good and works quite well with iPhones. Like the feature where as soon you talk the music gets cut and resumes play after 15s which again is configurable

This is really a very bad product from Sony. Very poor battery backup and very uncomfortable in ears. Sound quality is also poor. You need a paid application subscription for enhanced sound.

The product was awesome, BUT I'M MISSING ONE LARGE SIZE EAR TIP!!! I DID NOT EXPECT THIS! I was prepared for some sign of use, but missing eartip!!Coming to quality, feels like a new one. And 1000mx series need no introduction.

I loved the earbuds, the sound quality is really good. Out of the box, the bass was not up to my expectation but there's an equalizer in the Sony microphone app which can be used to tweak the sound quality.The only thing I found bad about this product is that since it was a refurbished one, the USB charging cable was missing (this was not much of an issue) and the extra eartips that came with buds were silicon instead of foam (the medium ones were foam). If you have to use the small or large eartips, the silicon eartips would fit but eventually, after 20-30m of use, it would start to hurt like hell. Without the foam tips, the ANC does work as expected as the silicon tips would leak some of the outside noise.

The media could not be loaded.  Been using it for a week. Condition is brand new.Ambient mode is so good. You don't have to take the earbuds off.Only been disappointed with the ANC. Only blocks low pitch noises like bus or car sound but not like I've seen in reviews. Not up to my expectations. Have to compare the anc with my friend's new xm4s.

So guys… you should have utter patience here. May god give me enough of the same. Whoever visit here should be those who consider best things in life right ? Otherwise we could have just gone for boat or dope or noise like that. Just like you I also spent 14,000 to get these. Got these on Feb 28 and the thing looked like at least used for an year or so. Well ok I can’t do anything about that because it was my decision to own a renewed one instead of new. When I opened the box, the medium sized ear cushions (default one) were missing. So I decided to return because for a proper ANC, you should have to correct fit ear cushions. I requested return and they asked me to wait for 7 days because there will be inspection for missing accessories. Agghh.. anyways let’s wait.. I never wanted to use it but still I thought like if it is okay with the available ear cushions, then lets just go on with these cauz, I just want earbuds yaar. Can’t wait so long. So I decided to give a try. First time this thing drained out after 2 songs. Then I charged it to full. The case is getting charged upto 80% and not more than that however you try. The buds are getting charged very slowly. After disconnecting from the power, the buds sips all the battery from the case in like 3 or 4 hours and now it shows like 95% or something.Now ready to test. I wanted to see how much hours it is gona give, so I took screenshot right when I started music. But unfortunately before even an hour got counted, it drained out.So… this will be my last experiment over renewed or refurbished item. Will say No Thanks hereafter whenever any amazon ad pops up regarding renewed

My main reason for getting these earbuds was for noise cancellation and music. I wanted to be able to cut the lawn and listen to music. I have a John Deere S160 and when the mower deck is on, you can't hear anything over it. Full "ear muff" headsets are uncomfortable to wear in hot weather and make it very difficult to wear a had for sun protection. I have tried other in ear devices, but without noise cancelling, you can't hear the music over the mower.I got these and put some music on, started up the mower and engaged the mower deck and immediately couldn't hear the music. I "tapped" the noise cancelling on and was amazed. I could still hear the deck, but only a little. The music came in loud and clear. I was totally pleased.In addition, the "tap" controls are great an allow me to control noise cancelling and playback with a simple tap of my finger.These are also great to use to talk on the phone. Nice hands free operation without having to turn the speaker on.I have not found earbuds that I consider comfortable, but these come close.The battery life is good. It takes me between 4 and 6 hours to cut the lawn. The battery will last almost the 6 hours and since I stop along the way to take a break, just a few minutes in the charging case insure that they will still be running when I am finished.

Summary: I really liked these headphones, but ultimately I bought them to use for work conference calls, and the connection was never stable enough with my PC...either using native BT or a separate BT dongle. Had to sadly return.Pros:-excellent sound quality-battery life was fine for my use-great connection stability with my phone and multi-point that actually worked!!Cons:-they're large...tough to fit in my ear-could not handle webex calls reliably, even with an updated BT adapter (used the Sennheiser one, not a generic)-noise cancellation was "ok"; didn't filter out as well as others (Sennheiser MTW3, B&W PI2)
