Not thick enough
These work well…when you can get them positioned right in your ear. The material is too thin so it folds up when being inserted into your ear. If you do manage to get it in properly, there is a high chance it goes in to deep and you get no music from that earbud. Best you can hope for is to not need to adjust it for a long time. And God help you if you eat or drink anything.

Does what it's supposed to do!
Works great! Just wish I could order one size. (big)..Update: 10-03-2022: Word of caution. The diference between OK and Great sounding earbuds may NOT be the earbuds themselves, the thickness of the Rubber Tips make a HUGE difference. These bud-tips are OK for voice, but have no low frequency. The rubber is thin, don't block out other outside sounds and would be good for phones, not music. Music needs thicker rubber to get the BASS sounds and block outside noises.

Just as Excpected!
One of my earphone tips fell off somewhere and the earphones were unusable without it. I'm so glad that there are tip replacements and I did not have to buy entire new earphones as I really like them.It fit on as expected and works well.
