I do use it for Vitamins only.Bare in mind I take a lot of pills every morning.The organizer fits 10 Omega-3(1 pill), 10 B12 Complex, 10 Vitamin C with Zinc, 10 Garlic Pill and 10 D12.It's great as you can go on vacation for 10 days and you don't need to worry.Of course the average person will need less but in my case it's great.The package comes in a small box.It's made with a nice hard quality plastic and a satisfyinf click when you close it.It's a got a small loop made of rubber.Overall it's a must have for those travelling and don't want to bring the whole pill/medicine container.
