Good shake. Subpar value.
The shake is good. I gave it an honest try with just one scoop and 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk and the taste was good. It wasn't pasty like other shakes.I decided to step it up a notch and create a more filling shake to drink when I break my fast and to cut cravings and the enhancements were great!1 scoop mix8 oz unsweetened almond milk1 tbs unsweetened 100% cocao powder1 tbs coconut oil1 tbs heavy cream2 tbs nut butter (I used almond)The down side of this was the price point. It's only me and I have one shake a day, but I feel as if I should've received me. Plus, the maker doesn't fill the canaster entirely.

Has a great flavor, I add ice to make it slushy. Sometimes I add fruit. I really and truly love the flavor. Try it.
