Well laid out and very visual reference product. Easy to use to just check what you are sure you already know but want to be certain. It is an excellent guide for medical students and for those medics who are working in other disciplines and not specialists in anaesthesia.If there was a pocket, 'Idiot's Guide' for doctors this would be it - but it wouldn't look good if your doctor in A&E or on the ward checked his procedures in a book with such a title!

This book is really useful for a good overview of anaesthesia related topics. It covers each topic in a bullet point style with simple diagrams that are easy to follow and also has questions that are useful to test your knowledge of the topics you have read through.The app is also useful if you are out and about however it is not the easiest to install and the design is a bit clumsy.Book gets a 4/5 stars, App gets 3/5.

This is a fact-packed reference covering all basic aspects of the subject. With this subject there can never be too much caution, and the simple bullet-point checklists are, literally, lifesavers. The flowcharts and illustrations are well done most importantly clear and unambiguous. Highly recommend.

Obtained for my daughter's friend who is studying medicine at university, Anesthesia on the move offers an academic yet interesting look at the subject which is well suited to students and junior doctors.Well laid out and illustrated, AOTM is the ideal companion for those young medics heading towards examinations. recommended
