First off no hoof taste or smell and it mixes well.I used to use a lower priced product but it was less Potent. I did the math and although higher priced this is a better value. I was really looking forward to this product but I read the label when it came in yesterday and it has 300mg of sodium. When u purchased it I don't remember reading that the sodium was that high. I'm not really a salt eater so this is fine but I will probably stick to the 1 I purchased off Amazon the last time.
