A great introduction to Biotensegrity
This is your go to book if you are new to Biotensegrity. The author makes the concept accessible to all. I think there are over a hundred experientials to help you along the way.

"Experiential" reading
This is book provided me with a very good "experiential" reading and approaching to biotensegrity. It gives a lot of simple hands on experiments that allow one to understand this, not very easy, subject from a felt sense point of view. I do recommend it as a starting point to the study of biotensegrity

A must read when trying to understand human movement
This book takes you on a journey to experience what biotensegrity is: a paradigm shift. The author guides you with ease and using real life examples into the complexity of the model. It is a book to dip in with curiosity and open mind - and with time to implement the experiments (where most of the learning comes from). It is a must read material when studying life and movement.
