Sturdy, HARD Roller
This was more roller than I had bargained for. It is super firm....hard even, which is fine for longevity and probably pretty good for going back and forth on to loosen muscles. There isn't much in the way of give in it and it's likely going to appeal to a more hard core user than someone who uses it more occasionally.I wanted to use it to help stretch my ankle a bit after surgery...I've done it with other rollers before, but it's difficult with this one because it is so hard, there is almost no give in the material (and I'm not a little guy at 200lb) plus it seems to be a larger diameter that others that I have used...enough so that using it for my ankle is not really going to work...but I have been using it on my back and legs with more success. It's well made, but just know it is very...VERY firm and comes in a larger diameter which may not be to your liking if you are used to a softer and smaller roller .

Great
One downside of foam rollers is they slide around on wood floors. This one isn't too bad thanks to the addition of little gripper nubs, but it will still get away from you when you aren't putting enough pressure on it.Great size and plenty durable. Not too stiff, but stiff enough to work on knots.

It will save you money from going to the chiropractor
So my tsiner told me to get a foam roller, I was skeptical at first, im like "why? She said it helps get the knots out of your muscles, pops your back and helps keep things loose. Well she was right, it certainly does all these things but I have to say when you first start using it, it does hurt but yiu have to just push through it, push through the pain and it will get easier and easier its doing its job and loosing those knots out.

Very satisfied with this foam roller (stand-in chiropractor ~ lol)
Yes4All EPP Exercise Foam Roller Size 24 in BlueWhen I bought this, I'd never used one before and really had no idea what to look for in a foam roller. My main goal was to align my spine as I cannot afford to go to a chiropractor on a regular basis. I am very overweight and out of shape (working on both issues!). The roller held up perfectly after multiple uses so far. It also does a great job of "popping" my spine back in place. So far, the roller has not shed any foam bits. I would purchase it again and recommend it to others.

Good one!
I use this roller post workout. It's firm, hard, easy to use and just about the right size for me (24"). I love to roll my back, quads and hamstrings.
