I bought 3 of these for my kids Christmas stockings. They are smaller than I thought they would be and I misunderstood what I was actually ordering as only one snap back was sent with three letter fronts. The customer service of this company was amazing and the lady I worked with was very responsive. The kids were very excited about seeing their first initialon their stockings Christmas morning. I am giving one star not because of the quality but because the picture and the description do not fully explain how the product works. I did not know that I needed to order the back part of the snap (not sure why that is a separate item or why that is not explained) so cannot use these unless I do. They are small, and not flat like the picture seems to show. But the quality seems good and they are pretty, just make sure you understand that you need to also order the back part of the snap, there is no other way to attach them to anything.
