I would have given them a 5 ⭐️ But, they actually look so much smaller than the photo advertised, not as sturdy as they seem as well. They are cute small and handy. I will keep them for another project I had in mind....

These boxes came up when I was searching for jewelry shipping packaging. They are not meant for that. If you have a jewelry gift that you need a little box for, they are cute, but I don't think I can trust them for shipping. The first photo I am comparing the thickness to a piece of cardstock that I own. That's what they feel like, a little box made from scrapbook cardstock. The size is accurate, though make sure that you understand that when they give you measurements for boxes or things like this, that it is counting the outside measurement, not the usable measurement. I am not crazy about the fact that the box that I picked up has a weird X mark on it, but I think that I can cover it with a sticker or washi tape. The size is good for what I was wanting, and I am going to see if I can maybe use some bubble wrap inside of it and put it in a bubble mailer to protect my pieces enough. Hopefully it'll work for now until I can order some actual sturdy jewelry boxes. I wish that I had realized how thin these were going to be though, I was thinking that they would be comparable to the gift boxes that you get from a department store, but they aren't.

These little kraft paper boxes are exactly what I needed to package some tealight candle samples for my business. I love that they are all black. They are fairly sturdy, but still thin enough to be recyclable. I'm very happy with my purchase.I'm surprised by all the negative reviews. Do people not read product descriptions and details? My suggestions are: Pay attention to the dimensions of the boxes before your purchase. Use a ruler or measuring tape to make sure your items will fit. Some people say they are surprised by how "thin" these boxes are. These are KRAFT PAPER BOXES and are about the thickness of cardstock. If you are expecting highly durable cardboard, look elsewhere.
