Modern Kiwi® Women's Plus Size Cascading Short Sleeve Bolero Cardigan (1X-4X)

I bought this to go over a maxi dress. It was perfect, it does run a tiny bit big but not enough to size down.

Great color and fabric. Unfortunately too short.

Whenever I order clothes online I worry about sizing, especially since I am 6ft. Ordered my normal size and it fit perfectly! Now I'm ordering one in black. It lays very nicely and will look pretty with dresses or tops.

I love this bolero and after wearing it, I also bought a white and a black one. I may buy more colors in the future. The picture that they use doesn't look as good as it actually does in person. I'm plus size and for some reason designers do not seem to realize that many plus sized women do not like showing their arms and I have an incredibly hard time finding summer dresses to wear to work with sleeves. I've many different boleros and cardigans but just couldn't find any that I loved. They were all too hot, too short, too long whatever. These fit very loose on the arms and cover very well. The tapered draping in the front also hides unflattering stomach problems. The fabric is super light and soft. I live in Florida and I work in sales where I am in and out of accounts all day so the light fabric and loose fit is perfect. The only problem I can potentially see is that being rather thin, I'm not sure how long they will last. Living in Florida, I really don't change my wardrobe for the seasons so clothes wear out a little quicker. I'm trying to make sure I wash these on the gentle cycle so that they will last longer. However, for the price I won't complain if they don't last for years. I was just so happy to find something that worked perfectly with both my dresses and even with jeans and a tank top.

This is super flattering and light-weight. It will be great for the Texas heat.I wear them over my nursing camisoles or tie them shut over my nursing shirts that have the flaps, so they don’t blow open. It’s super cute both ways. They do not quite go down to the waist in the back.I purchased a 1x and my measurements are 40 B/C bra, 43” bust, 37” waist.I wash them on the gentle cycle, in a laundry bag, and hang dry. They wash great this way.The colors pictured are burgandy (very dark), royal, black, navy, charcoal gray. The red item show in the 2nd photo is a bib. This was the color of the red shrug that I returned, more of an orange-red, or true red, definitely not a rich blue-red.

Its comfortable, soft, light weight, fits as expected. Perfect for covering your shoulders.

This was absolutely what I wanted! I don't like having bare shoulders/arms outside of the house in the summer, and have been looking for a good summer shrug or bolero to wear over sleeveless shirts and tank tops. Unfortunately most have either cap sleeves or tight fitted/stretchy sleeves, which are stifling in the summer heat. This was perfect for my needs - the 'sleeves' are wide and flowing, it's lightweight and soft, and the draped front can either be left hanging for a classy layered look, or tied in front to stay in place if you're more active. The black doesn't seem to be sheer at all - I can't vouch for the other colors, though I hope to order a couple more soon.This is a very good bolero for plus size ladies, I think (being one myself); the fabric is very forgiving and stretchy, and the loose sleeves don't bind (or emphasize) if you have large arms. Being able to drape or tie it means it can accomodate a large bust as well.
