Very great customer service and product is amazing
The media could not be loaded. I would like to say I was amazing to see how their customer service was… my warranty on the headlight was over and I had a defect on one of my light.. I reached out to them and within no time they responded and was able to send me new pairs of headlights at zero cost.. dude I was amazed that no bs was given and all I had to send them a pictures of defects and I got new light… I highly recommend themThanks for the help and light

Research this before buying - but it still wont help...
This product is sold as "plug & play". It's not. Yes, you can plug in the hi and low beams, and the drl. But there's no place to plug in the halo lights OR the 3 led lights - which is why you buy these headlights. What makes it worse is that they offer a step by step install video - but there's no mention of installing the halo's and leds - which must be hardwired - but somehow at the end of the video they miraculously turn on - without having been wired in. You get a nice 10 page install guide - which shows everything buy how to install the halo & led's. Then as an afterthought they threw in a non-sensical one-pager that states how to install it - that I cant make heads or tails out of. It was written like the author knew what they wanted to say, but didnt know how to communicate it, then ran it through Google translate. And the final smack was a mention that if you have any problems, bring it a local shop and have a professional handle. So much for plug and play. I am returning this piece of false advertising.
