Does not stay sealed

These bags work just as good as the name brand Ziploc, but the price per bag at the time of this review is 16 cents per bag, and at other stores it is slighly less for Ziploc brand. These bags are sturdy and the ziplock of the bag is great and are comparable to the Ziploc brand. They work great and seal well. There is an area for writing the date and contents of the bag which is nice when freezing or storing food that can go bad to remind yourself of the date. I think these bags are great and if they drop slightly in price they would be even better.

They look and feel very similar to the name brand bags, except for the coloring. The thickness seems the same. I mainly use them for storage in the fridge, not freezer. No issues with them so far. Have had no leaks or tearing yet.

Made in China, these sandwich size bags are pretty good quality and thicker than the cheapest sandwich bags, but about like the regular brand name sandwich bags. These are not as thick as a freezer bag.They are the same size as my sandwich bags. To be sure, my sandwich bags are currently the cheapest from the big box store that cost about 1 cent each. However, I wanted to see the size, not quality. Obviously, these Kammak bags are better quality. The size is spot on for a sandwich bag with double zipper.I have shown the Kammak bag with a couple of slices of store bought bread in it and they fit well and I could put quite a bit of meat and veggies on a sandwich and still fit it into this bag.As I said, this bag is not as strong as a freezer bag but not the cheap kind either, so I filled it up with water. The zipper worked perfectly, making a good seal for the bag.This particular bag had a tiny little pin hole that wasn't apparent until I filled it with water and then I could see it dripping out. This would not affect it's performance as a sandwich bag for me but the tiny hole was there. This is the same bag that I had the bread in.These Kammak bags are 5.3 cents each at the time of my review which is quite a bit more than the name brand bags cost at the big box store. The name brand bags cost 4.7 to 3.4 cents depending on the quantity purchased for the ones that are not freezer bags and are the same as these. The name brands are coming in at 4 cents online for the same 280 count box currently. That does add up and I would not expect to pay more for an off brand than I would for a name brand--or even as much. So I took a star off for the pricing.If it wasn't for the pricing, this would be a 5 star bag. Reasonably good quality, pinhole aside, and would do the job.
