Cat got the idea first day. Easy to install. Yay

I like this flap. My one thing was that the screws were quite difficult to screw into the homes on the other side. Need some elbow grease. But I got them in and it looks nice! The flap is silent when it closes. No sound as the door swings shut like some other flaps do

Works great and it was cheap.

The picture did not match the product. I was replacing an existing 6 year old door. A racoon who decided he wanted to com through the door, cracked the flapper in half. The picture of this product was identical to the old one so I hoped it would be a simple swap out. What was delivered was not the same as the picture. I had to enlarge the opening almost an inch and use alternate screws to hold it together.Now that it's been in use fore some time, I noticed that the felt seal around the edges of the door flap is coming off and interfering with the swing of the door. That deal lasted about 4 years on the old door. I will probably remove it since this door enters a screened porch and I don't need a weather seal.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought and installed this product in my garage door for my cat, and while I understand that this product is less than $10 and I should have expected this, I was completely unprepared for how poor the quality of this product was.1. it does not have any shim to go inside of the door to cover up the inside of your door, so it looks bad.2. the instructions for cutting the hole leave you less than a millimeter of gap for the door, so it catches on the inside of the door and will not move freely, and I had to re-cut and experiment before I found a size that was usable.3. the weather seal is the worst, It just comes apart as soon as you take it out of the box.4.The locking mechanism is bad, it sticks and you have to use a lot of force to open it, it will break soon.5. The plastic was so flimsy that if you tighten the screws enough to hold the item to the door, it bends it so that the cat door no longer moves freely, but then when you loosen it, it shakes and rattles every time you move the door, it is awfulOverall, you are getting what you pay for, this is like $7 when almost anything you find in a store is $30+, but something I didn't think about until after the fact, You are cutting a hole in your door, and if you want to send the product back, you still have a brand specific sized cat door hole in your door now and that costs a lot more than $7 to replace. I could not be more unsatisfied with this product and I urge people to please please don't buy it, you absolutely will regret it. Get something better
