there are no expiration dates shown on this product. I always use the date of the usual prep items and health inspector. once it is opened, 14 days.

Is this product supposed to be really watery? I got mine in the mail and shook it for a long time but it didn’t thicken up

Yes, it's watery but it's really good on beef.

Answer is no. This is not Gluten free. It tastes amazing on everything i have ever used it on.
