Works pretty well. I use it for soccer games. The packs don't get as warm as those for hands though .

I originally wrote - The heat pax were not included like the description says, so the blanket is not as warm as promised.Amazon gave me a credit on my account so I could purchase the heat pax. I am excited to try them!The heat pax are great and the blanket really kept us warm at an Eagles game. Go birds!

So glad I purchased this. Was camping this weekend in 37 degree weather and this blanket worked fantastic. I even referred a friend about it before the trip and they purchased one too. We both were so very glad we had them.

I bought this product and I like it and I certainly will use it but I think that it needs to come with a warning because you cannot control the heat except by the amount of hand or body warmers that you place inside the blanket or vest. Therefore it should be used with extreme caution in animals, babies and anybody very young or very old because like falling asleep with a heating pad on it could cause burns or heat stroke or death.
