Very well machined! I kind of wish the spring action was inside the caliper instead of inside the handle, but that's just a preference. It takes some practice, so be sure to go to youtube for instruction and try it out on a couple of waste pieces first. No instructions accompany the tool.

Tricky to get the hang of it - watch the videos! I bought this after I lost the crimping pliers. I had been using for 20+ years. This is a slightly different technique, that will take some getting used to. But once you do, it works great.
