Good single pill dose, bad fish smell.
The media could not be loaded. Okay, here is the good:- At first I thought this was a weak prenatal, but I compared it to every prenatal I’ve tried in the last two pregnancies and it either has more variety or a higher dose of ingredients then the name brands I have tried. (BTW here’s a tangent: Anything more than your body actually needs is washed out via urine, so more is just more - not better, UNLESS you’re taking an under-dose supplement…meaning there isn’t enough of an ingredient included the formulation of a regular dose. I have no idea how much of any of these vitamins/minerals we’re supposed to be taking - and/or if our weight/age factors into the appropriate dosage amounts.)- you only take one pill and the pill is on the small size compared to other prenatals I’ve fought down.- the bad thing mentioned below is temporary and without further unpleasantness. Once it’s down, it’s down.- this didn’t make me want to hurl. The Bad:- Hold your breath and take with something flavored to wash it down because these do smell fishy. I didn’t taste it, but I didn’t let it hang out long in my mouth before the coffee washed it away. Your mouth and nose are connected (meaning your sense of smell and taste are connected) so just hold your breath when you swallow this sardine pill.Once the pill is down, it’s down. I have not burped you fish pill or experienced any other negative side effects.- The expiration date and lot number were covered by the ASIN sticker. I thought there was a Amazon policy against this. All products should have visible expiration dates.- The only other negative is that my safety seal was stuck to the lid instead of sealed to the mouth of the bottle. I do not like that, but the bottle was shrink wrapped shut. I took a risk with my life just to review this product for you all, so I hope this review is helpful!

Slight fishy taste
Like most people I know I actually take prenatal vitamins as they tend to be more fully balanced than regular vitamins for everybody. These are not only good as prenatal vitamins they are amazing as overall general health vitamins for any age or gender. They do have a slight fishy taste and I would definitely recommend taking them with food to alleviate upset stomach if you do have a sensitive stomach.

I love this brand but the sea kelp *might* be the fishy smell?
I wanted to try these and ordered them BEFORE I saw other reviewers saying they smelled like a fishy marina. I will at times takes prenatal vitamins when I run out of my usual daily multi, and I wanted to try these. These have a higher dose of iron than my normal once a day, which I need. I *think* but don't know for sure, that the sea kelp (see the ingredient list) might be the source of the weird smell. I don't see anything else in this that could possibly be fishy other than that. If you're the slightest bit sensitive to smells this one may not be best for you. It doesn't bother me, but I can see where expectant moms could have issues with this.

Contains multiple vitamins, fish smell
Shipping is extremely fast. I got it the next day after I placed the order. Two days earlier than the estimated time.Well-packaged. The expiration date is 09.2024. I can have enough time to empty it before it expires. I like that it is one capsule daily. It has 60 capsules in total, so it will be good for 2 months. It mixes with many vitamins and non-GMO ingredients. Two thins I dislike are it has a strong fish smell and not very easy to swallow with water. You’d better take it with a meal.

Good
These are great prenatal to take.I'm not pregnant but I am still breastfeeding so it is recommended to continue taking prenatal or postnatal vitamins. These are easy to swallow with no weird flavor to it.

Other reviewers are right, smells like fish.
As far as I can tell, these supplements don’t contain anything that I couldn’t get in a good quality multivitamin. They indeed do smell like fish. As others have stated, the label says it “contains no fish“, so I don’t know where the smell is coming from. They have the same smell as if you walked around a marina. It’s not overpowering and it’s not a big deal… and it won’t stop me from taking them, but it will stop me from buying them again…

Good value
The media could not be loaded. I like that you only have to take one pill. The pills are average size and easy to swallow. They do, however, have a fishy smell and taste. I have found that if I take them in the afternoon with a meal, I don't notice it as much. I also don't get the fishy burps. They are a good quality vitamin and a good value.
