How quickly does this start killing fleas and lice?

I recall that it started working the first day I put it on my cat. It worked very well, my cat doesn't have flea issues any longer.

It's a liquid. Less oily than Frontline.

Is Revolution also good for ear mites?

Yes! It absolutely kills ear mites! I have been using it since it came out. Every time I switch to something cheaper, 1 of my cats gets ear mites.

Is this drop? Can use with flea and tick collar?

This is a "spot on" product..(liquid that is applied to the base of the skull in cats)...I would not recommend using it in conjunction with a flea collar...either the collar or the drops..but not both....
