This is the most soothing hitch I've used. No clunking, to rattling, this is all due to the EASY tighteners. It also has a lock that uses a modified allen wrench that the average redneck thief won't have on him. Yet in a jam, you could fashion one yourself if you lost it. This cost just as much as the other brands, I will definitely be getting this for any other vehicle I'll be pulling with. If you are doing frequent readjustments, might be worth the time to make a drill bit allen wrench. A teeeny bit of grease on the adjustment bolt would be a good idea if you went this route. Again, you'll be happy with this, solid, no noise, no unnecessary stress and looking in the rear view every time you hear a clunk.Simply because you don't hear a clunk. Or when you do, there is actually reason to be concerned, sorry about that overhang and the corner of that building. And that crash post painted the same color as the asphalt. And that guy that was tailgaiting while most likely texting about how 60 MPH is too slow to be pulling a trailer. Those clunks, those are worth a look.

Great hitch there are a lot of different heights and this hitch is solid!

I really like this hitch for a number of reasons. The main reason , is just having the correct ball size on the truck at all times. I've been caught with the wrong hitch on my truck so many times over the years, I lost count. Flipping the ball holder over and/or adjusting the ball height takes less than five minutes. And, for what it is capable of, it is light. it's a pleasure to use. The solid tow aspect is also a great feature and is the main reason I chose this particular model. It is solidly mounted and when traveling with no trailer attached, there is no rattling or banging coming from the hitch while on the road.

Bought this hitch and when I opened the box the "anti rattle" bolt was already seized up and I couldn't turn it at all. Returned it and was sent a new one. Used the new one to tow and it worked great. No rattle, adjustable when needed, and looks great. Used it once, took it off the hitch, and when I went to use it a second time (just a few days later) the "anti rattle" bolt was not working on this one. I could remove it, I could turn it all the way in, but the small button on top that prevents the movement would not move at all. Returned it again just over a week after returning the first one. Now I will be looking at an Andersen hitch, or WeighSafe, of GenY instead.

I just bought a 2013 ram 2500 and was unaware that the hitch was a 2.5 inch receiver…..So it didn’t fit, I could have bought a sleeve that fits into my receiver, but I choose to return the hitch. My truck has a 2-inch leveling kit in the front. I think that I also will be getting the 8-inch drop now…. Just eye balling the 6-inch seemed a little close for me. The 2.5 inch with the 8-inch drop is about 60-dollars more.

I love this hitch. I wore out my old adjustable one to the point where the rattling drove me nuts. I don't think this one will ever wear out based on how it's built.

this thing is the best hitch ever zero noise solid as a rock i pull my quad trailer and my boat with thismy friend told me about this product he pulls several trailers and loves it also...

This is a very nice well built hitch. The anti rattle pin lines up on the ridge of my hitch receiver (2011 Ford Raptor) and therefore doesn't stay tight. Another consideration is how low the ball hangs on the side not being used. I can see it scraping bottom in certain situations, which is not a fault of the manufacturer but just something you need to consider when purchasing a hitch like this. Don't lose the allen key otherwise you will have now way to tighten or loosen the hitch as it is a special allen key.
