I really wanted to like this alarm clock for my kids. It ticked a lot of boxes for me. feels sturdy, nice light feature, easy to read, easy to set time/alarm, bonus of several song choices (auld lang syne is the fav)... but unfortunately the alarm feature has turned into a headache every morning for the kiddos. It keeps restarting over and over and over and over...you get the idea. At first I just thought the kiddos didn't know how to "tap it off" (it has two little button/sensors that depress when you push down on the whole unit). But no, even after dad turned off the alarm it kept going off, somewhat randomly too. The randomness made me wonder if the circuitry is screwy somehow. So I will have to search for another kid friendly alarm clock.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the THIRD ONE that we bought.For our girl and as a gift for a little friend.Of course, yes!!I highly recommend this clock.As you can see on the video it is really nice for our kiddos (and even for me as mother).Lightweight.Easy to set it.Our daughters loved it immediately they saw.It has 8 different melodies to choose.You will be able to set: hour/minutes, alarm (and you can keep weekends on or off); year, day and date; temperature on f degree or celsius.I bought two, one for my girls and another for my daughter’s little friend.Her friend is so excited to received this gift.Plus the price to get it is great, because clock is really useful, practical and nice light changer.And is awesome that you HAVE 365 days warranty.Thank you very much for created things that work perfect and we can get it for such as great price.

I was very excited for this clock as it has amazing reviews but had to give it a 2 star as:- the battery flap came with no screw so the batteries can keep coming out making them a danger to kids (we bought this for our 5 year old)- the brand advertises its 7 night light feature prominently (and this was one of the key reasons we bought it) but the manual says - having the night light on will drain the battery. Pls use sparingly. So how is this a night light? The title and description are extremely misleading.

I bought this for my 10 year old. It's her 1st alarm clock. We both thought it was really cute with the light up feature. It is good for that. She really loves that it lights up and changes color. I love that it's portable, because she's in a bunk bed. So, having an alarm clock plugged into the wall is a bit difficult. However, those are really the only things I like about it. It uses AAA batteries. I've had it for just over a month and have already had to change the batteries. When the batteries die or are removed, everything on the clock/alarm, has to be rest. All the buttons are tiny and on the bottom of the clock, so when my daughter is trying to hit the snooze, she often accidentally turns the alarm off because she can't see the buttons when she's still mostly asleep. Or, she accidentally turn off the alarm without realizing it, so it doesn't go off the next day. Lastly, she thinks most of the alarm sounds are too babyish. There's only 1 alarm sound she actually likes. That sound is also pretty quiet. Actually, all of the sounds are pretty quiet. So, if your child is a heavy sleeper or has any hearing impairment, this may not be a good alarm for them.This would be a lot better if:1. It was rechargeable so it doesn't die or eat through so many batteries.2. Had bigger, easier to see buttons.3. Had different placement for the snooze button.4. Had a better selection of sounds.5. Had adjustable volume for the alarm.

I ordered this clock for my 6 yo to wake up on school days. It was inexpensive and for the price does exactly what I want. Was simple to set up and had some options for the alarm sound that were good..not just limited to the crazy beep. Pretty simple to operate and small enough to sit right by his bed. Only negatives r that it runs solely on battery and you choose no alarm, Monday through Friday alarm or 7 days. Right now we don't get up early Wednesday and there is no way to shut it off that day and I keep forgetting to turn it off, lol. But I would recommend this clock to anyone looking for an inexpensive solution for their kids. Even the fancier clocks don't seem to have the ability to exclude a day from the alarm. And if your not sure your kid will even use an alarm...I know kids that they don't work for, this is a good starter clock to test ....inexpensive so if they don't use one, no real loss.
