Works
I was didn’t think this was going to hold. I followed the instructions on cleaning and installed it. It is holding up great. I think that any reviews that say it fell off didn’t clean surface correct. This works as described.

Failed to adhere, but customer support followed
After installing the pad in late fall, it fell off the transom on my 5th fishing trip, though fortunately the transducer was not damaged. Received excellent support from the company, which refunded the purchase price and shipped me a portable transducer bracket, which works fine. However, when the boat is pulled this coming fall, I'll be screwing the transducer into the transom, the 'old fashioned' way.

Does not stick
Followed instructions on sterd pad. Stuck pad on, held for 30 seconds before releasig, pad stayed for a second before falling off. Dirt now on sticky side accept sticky side isn't even tacky. ZERO sticking force. Can't even keep itself attached let alone a transducer.

At Last
Ive been after one of these since I bought my S.I.B Boat. I even made one nearly the same on my first S.I.B then when I saw this on amazon I showed my daughter it and she bought it for me. Now with my dept finder on it it's BRILLIANT. i CAN ALTER IT for going fast slow and trolling with it. I was not sure if it would stick like I glued mint to the back of the transom but it did. RECKOMENT this highly.
