This harness ticks all of those, every buckle is metal and STRONG, most have a combo of plastic and metal buckles, and other harnesses that look Like this are twice the price, so definitely a tick on the price front. The stitching is strong and can see lasting a long time

Strong and sturdy dog vest
We like the aluminum connectors and tough, sturdy fabric. This is a second purchase. The fabric connected to the aluminum connectors started the tear due to the dog rubbing against objects outside.One negative feature is the length on the back. It could be a few inches longer to cover our grandpuppy's back better in the winter.We would buy it again.
