Hardwood Thread Spool Adapters for Star Mercerized Thread (2 pack)

Very useful to enable larger spool holes to fit sewing machine so they don’t wobble. Easy to insert into spool, but sometimes have to bang one end on table to get it all the way into spool; and push out with a tool because they fit snugly (not a disadvantage but a good feature). Since then I’ve purchased more. Would highly recommend.

This adapter is perfect for utilizing larger spools of thread from manufactures such as Coats.

Works great on coats & Clarke 100% cotton thread for quilting projects. My sewing machine will not accept this thread horizontally as too wide but works great on my verticle thread spool with adapter inside large hole

This is the only spool adapter that really works for Star thread. I have a Janome machine and other adapters do not work. I am a quilter and love the Star threads for machine quilting.

My husband had to redrill the holes as they don't fit on my spool holder.

very useful! I was glad when I found this very Amazon store. I had the old spools of thread and I could not sew them and now has reduced the size of the hole in the bobbin and is OK! I recommend it to all tailors!
