I like the fact that it's easy to assemble and it is very sturdy once it's assembled properly. I bought this hoping that the heat and steam would help with my back pain and it worked very well. It is a highly effective and sturdy steamer pod. The steamer unit is fantastic. Like a dummy I started out on the highest level which is 16. I have had it on 12 ever since. It is easy to clean and the chair that came with it worked out great. For the price in my humble opinion it is worth every penny and more. I definitely recommend this sauna!

This is a good way to see if it’s worth investing in a big time spa or sauna. I love it! pretty easy to put together and definitely gets hot! After getting this it’s good enough, I would never invest thousands in a spa or sauna.

I absolutely loved this product until about 9 months after purchasing it and using it about twice a week the steamer suddenly turned off and would not heat back up. I’ve reached out to the company and they have not responded yet.Update: I did receive a response from SereneLife customer service. They were extremely helpful. They asked for my invoice. It took about 2 weeks to get a replacement, no charge. The replacement is working great. Fingers crossed I don’t have another issue in a few months.

The steam is hot and it feels great for the body. One of the best things we purchased this year for self-care and relaxation! My partner and I use it almost daily. Sauna time is something we look forward to every evening and completely saved our mood during the chilly and gloomy Spring nights. The customer support is great with Serenelife as well. The streamer stopped working after three months. We emailed the manufacturer and received a replacement in a few weeks. We just used the replacement steamer last night in combination with our hot tub, and it was HEAVEN! I would recommend this Sauna to anyone who is looking for deep relaxation!

I had bought this as a surprise Valentine's gift for my wife. Very easy to set up the frame. However, when I went to put on the cover, there were loose threads hanging from the top portion of the lining and the seams on one of the sides were ripped. Very disappointed that I have to return this before even getting a chance to use it.

Awesome product, customer service is amazing

This mobile steam spa has really over-delivered so far! Got it a few weeks ago and was super easy to assemble and worked right out of the box. Takes about 10 minutes to heat up and it works like a charm! Keeps heat and the enclosure is really air-tight! I was looking at other built-in sauna options that were 15 times the price and feel like this is definitely a bargain. I realize I may have to replace the steam machine at some point but would still be money ahead compared to what I was looking at. Loving this and waited way too long to make this purchase! Go have some fun and enjoy you own mini steam room escape!

It works well but the moisture leaks through the bottom of the tent and gets the carpet wet.

Funciona maravillosamente una vez que se encuentra la manera de acomodarlo. Armarlo no es difícil, pero se tiene que planear con cuidado como hacerlo si se va a poner en un lugar con espacio limitado. Yo lo armé en mi baño, y me di cuenta que no es muy práctico pensar en armarlo y desarmarlo constantemente, así que lo dejé de forma permanente. Hace mucho vapor a buena temperatura. Puse la parte del hervidor en un lugar un tanto inaccesible, pero el control remoto me deja prenderlo y apagarlo con facilidad sin tener que hacer muchos malabares. Una vez lleno el depósito de agua, me sirve para 6 - 7 usos de unos 30 minutos, antes de tener que volver a rellenar el depósito. Le toma alrededor de 10 minutos calentarse para empezar a echar vapor cuando el depósito está lleno. Lo uso al menos 2 o 3 veces por semana, tiene un excelente tamaño para mis necesidades. Totalmente recomendable.
