I have always used a long handle wire paint scraper, but decided to try a grill specific tool. This product has a good workable length and reasonable stiffness lengthwise. You can reverse the side you use when the brush starts bending. However, this is not to suggest that the brush is flimsy, you can apply good pressure without the head of the brush bending excessively. The wire used for the head is heavy gauge. The bristles are very stiff and appear too be quite durable and do a good job removing stuck on bits of burnt food. There does not appear to be much risk of bristles breaking off. The tool head can be used sideways to effectively clean between grill slats. Overall construction is solid. I have used the brush about 20 times and would expect it to last at least ten times that many times. The brush is not as indestructible as one of those narrow wire paint scrapers with a metal blade on the top, but it looks a lot nicer on the patio by the grill. This brush is a good value and does a decent cleaning job.

I buy a new 24 inch Weber grill brush every year. I use my propane grill (24 inches in depth) at least three times a week, (even cooked on it this winter in two feet of snow when the electricity was out and my indoor stove was useless), and I clean it after every use. Needless to say, my grill brushes get a lot of use. This cleans fine, no problem there, but I disagree that the handle is "safer." It is not. I miss the extra six inches I'm used to because it isn't pleasant reaching over a 400 degree grill to clean the back of it (to be fair this is a non issue on a smaller grill). It's ok ... I got what I ordered, but found virtually an identical brush for less than half price the next the day ... my mistake, but be warned. The brush does bend if you put a little elbow grease into your cleaning, but still sturdy enough to do the job.

I'm a professional chef and I like this brush but would be better if bristles were a little closer together and a little more stiff. I still like the cheap square head type so I can bear down as needed to clean better.

Works as intended, but, not as sturdy as I thought it would be, just because the handle is so long it becomes a tad less capable of being able to scrub as hard as I'd like to.

Looks like a great brush and the company has sent tips on how to use very impressed New Reveiw bought in Sep 2014 whole cleanning grill The brush had something inside handle that looked like chips fall out and onto the grill. Am sure they will still take it back. I can't use this brush because of the stuff that falls out of handle area Can't seem to contact the company for information on what it is I know they look at reviews. Am concerned about safety of things falling onto food.

It's got a handle, and some bristles. Cleans the burnt s*** off my grill. If you plan to use it as a tooth brush, I'd look for something smaller.

This brush really gets the job done, i bought a grill just a couple of weeks ago for a late summer bbq..I am so happy with the grill that I wanted to make sure i took super good care of it. This brush is amazing. The handle is long enough to get into hard to reach areas, the bristles are really tough (watch out for your fingers !) so they will clean up very very well.It does not scratch the grill plates, I really recommend it !
