Give it a try
Well after reading some of the reviews, I thought, I like the look of it and I'll try it, I've tested it to light a candle, easy work to be honest.It's suitable for outdoor use and even has a built in whistle on the lanyard, it's not the loudest but works, when you're up a hill, silence is deafening, so it would break the silence.I'll be using this to light bioethanol fuel for spirit burners, it lights easy enough, I'm sure this will work.

Caught me at a weak moment
Well it is a lighter and it will set fire to things and thats what i brought so is hard to knock the lighter.Lets just say the people who took the photos and did the advert deserve 75% of the money this was sold to me for as i would say the lighter is 3 times more than i would have paid if i had seen on a market stall.Is all plastic, including the parts that look metal in the photos.Light and flimsy feel and not what i was expecting but i put that down to my mistake.I really must get out more and spend less time on Amazon buying things like this.I cant be bothered to send back so unless it breaks in the first week i will keep it and not tell anyone what i paid.
