This is the best option for the time being
I have been using this product for over 6 months now, which is quite reasonable to evaluate its pros and cons.Pros:1. Cleans toilet properly each time flushed2. Easy to use3. No need to use Harpik toilet cleaner anymore separately4. Good where water supplied for toilets is a bit yellowish or your bathroom lights are yellow and give a yellowish tinge in the bowlCons:1. Leaves blue streaks along the walls of the bowl and they are not easy to remove after sometime2. Smells somewhat foul3. A bit expensive as each piece will barely last 5-6 days of medium flushingUnfortunately there is nothing better available in India at this moment. If someone has found something better, pls recommend
