Funny book my son got signed from authors

I honestly bought this for my fiancé because it made me think of him (he’s Italian and loves to cook pasta). He’s also a 4th grade teacher so thought it could be a fun book to add to his collection.

My kids and I really loved this book. We've now read it quite a few times and enjoy picking out the puns and naming the different types of pasta. This is a creative story about how different perspectives can come together and create a fantastic plan - all in the accessible kid-world of pasta. We cheer for the escape artists.Plus, it's very punny! ;)

Great book, my 5 year old grandson really liked it. I loved reading it to him then going to my pantry and showing him all the pastas in real life. He has practiced saying all the names not just calling them all noodles ( cringe ).

The idea for the story idea is amazing! The pictures are fabulous! But... the writing is lacking.I know, I know, it's a kids book. But even so, the story is a bit off. There's almost a message about not being a conformist, but that doesn't really come through in the end. The last escape plan isn't really explained either. Mostly, the dialogue between the pasta shapes is just really stilted.Anyway, still 4-stars because my pasta loving 4-year still thinks it's great

I thought it would be a fun book to read for children who like pasta, and also to introduce the delights of pasta to faddy eaters.

Cute story can't wait to share with my grandkids

My daughter loves this book and regularly requests it for a bedtime story. We love the different character types each pasta persona takes on. Kids love pasta, what can I say!?
