Fantastic switch
This switch working fine. I have fixed to my electrical pump. And working fine from my mobile. Anytime I can switch the motor from my mobile. Worth for money.

Very good, simple and efficient
The media could not be loaded. I bought this device turn my AC into smart device. Setup is very easy, works flawlessly and works with alexa without any issue. apart from the smart features the device is properly handling the load, no fluctuations observed and no faults after 4 months of regular usage. cons side, i found no way to change the device name (wifi switch 🤔)in smartlife app, and it could be even better if i can see power consumption details of AC in the app.

Warranty policy not clearly mentioned.
Please make note that warrant of one year is mentioned. I just faced an issue with the product. Some key points to keep in mind.1) Warranty has to be settled directly with the manufacturer.2) Customer is responsible for sending the product to manufacturer at his/her expense.3) the warranty of the product is 1yr but the manufacturer has mentioned “ Replacement will the provided only 1 time against the faulty device received” which is very wierd and wrong. This point is only mentioned in thier website and not on amazon.4) Warranty claim is a long and tedious procedure. Despite have a WhatsApp support we have fill up an online claim form etc.The rating is gave is only for the customer support part of the product. The product is actually good, but fooling customers saying 1yr warranty is wrong. I think ots better to mention 1 time replacement rather than 1yr warranty.

Flawless
Works as it says. I purchased this switch in June 2024 to control my 2 ton AC. It has worked flawlessly each day. As the season has changed, now I have changed its function to control my 2 kw geyser. I have scheduled it to turn ON at 6 am and shut down after 20 minutes every day. I am getting hot water in the morning every day without leaving the geyser on the whole night and without getting up early to switch on the geyser manually. Flawless again!!

Good functionality, works as expected without any heating issues. Using it for a few weeks now for EV charging (3 kW). Helps avoid charging during peak hours without hassle!I am giving only 4-stars rating, just because energy (units of electricity consumed) monitoring data is not available in the SmartLife app. This feature was available even in smart plugs with lower power capacity (If that feature is included I can think of upgrading to 5-star!)
