I like a cane with a T-grip rather than an arch grip. Very comfortable.Adjustable with spring-loaded buttons and a locking collar. This cane is light, and comfortable for gripping while walking. I have a bad back and problem with my left side leg. When walking a distance of more than about 1000 feet I start to get more pain. With properly using this type of cane I can take some of the stress off my leg. I use the cane on my right side.I have an older cane with a hard plastic type of handle. This handle is more comfortable for grip and use. This cane is easy to adjust for proper height. I am 5' 8" and the range of this cane worked out very well for me. I also bought and installed the ice grip which I will need during the winter months. If you want to buy spare rubber tips the tubing size is 3/4" diameter.The type of handle and style of cane is a personal type of thing. This cane fits for my preference.
