These iron supplements have been just what the doctor ordered—well, not literally, but close enough. I’ve been trying to raise my ferritin levels, and these seem to be helping without any of the usual stomach drama. I take 2 to 3 a day (don’t quote me, I’m not a doctor), and they’ve been really easy on my system. No nausea, no cramping, no regretting my life choices an hour later. Just smooth sailing so far. Obviously, everyone’s different, so proceed with caution and all that, but for me, they’ve been a great find.
