Q: Can this pump up basketballs?

Technically yes, but not enough volume.

Q: Can this be used with removable core presta valves? Each time I use mine it unscrews the valve core. Is there a trick to avoid this?

Unfortunately not, this is a problem that occurs with this device. The pump itself is great but will untwist the valve core on removable volver cores.

Q: Anyone know if this come with frame mount?

It does come with the mount but i was able to fit it in my small saddle bag fairly easy. I wear a size large glove and it fits lengthwise inside the reach of my hand
